hi everyone! today's video is a compilation of my favorite healthy breakfast meals! They are quick and easy to make & overall aboustely delicious! in this post i will provide all the ingredients and the full recipe to go along with this post!

- avocado toast with egg

Avocado toast is nutritious and so tasty. Originally, I hated avocado but the flavor of this delicious breakfast staple made me love avocado


  • Avocado: Did you know that avocado's contain more potassium than bananas? This wonderful superfood It is loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, fiber, and helps maintain balanced cholesterol and triglyceride levels.


recipe: ingredients + modifications*

  • 1-2 slices of wheat bread (I recommend Dave's killer bread - 21 grains + seeds)

  • 8 tablespoons of fresh avocado

  • 1/4 teaspoon of lime*

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of everything bagel seasoning

  • 2 eggs (I recommend Organic Brown Cage-Free Eggs)

1 egg white

Topped with Garlic Salt, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Fennel Seed

- belgian waffles

These are the absolute best Belgian waffles ever!! they are absolutely delicious! They are tried and true and my entire family loves them. I promise this one's a keeper!


  • *dry ingredients* all purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup cornstarch - 1/2 cup (key to crispness and flakiness) salt - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp


  • *wet ingredients* oil - ¼ cup (preferred: olive or avocado) plain yogurt - 1 cup (key to moisture and lightness) milk - 1 cup (I use lactose free) water - 2 oz/ ¼ cup eggs - 2 (whip the whites if you want) maple syrup - 2-3 tbsp sugar - 4-5 teaspoons cinnamon - 2 tbsp ( you can be generous or lite, depending on your preference :)


IMPORTANT: mix WET into DRY!




- oatmeal


This recipe made me fall in love with oatmeal, it is absolutely delicious (In fact, I actually had it this morning). It contains no dairy and is mouth-watering!


Ingredients

  • Water

  • Rolled Oats (The larger grain prevents mushy porridge like consistency)

  • Honey

  • Ginger (Lite amount adds so much flavor)

  • Vietnamese Cinnamon (Regular Cinnamon also works but this one is a lot richer and fragrant)

  • Flax Seeds (optional)

  • Banana (Topping)

Instructions

  • Boil 2 cups of Water

  • Add in 1 cup of Rolled Oats

  • Allow the oats to cook for 3-4 minutes

  • Add honey for sweetness

  • 1-4 spoonfuls of peanut butter (depends on personal preference)

  • Sprinkle in Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sprinkle in Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sprinkle in Flax Seed - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Stir and Serve, allow to cool for 2-3 minutes. Top with bananas, flax seeds (optional), cinnamon
